CCTV footage released by City of London police on Tuesday appears to show a 57-year-old man being shoved into the road on New Bridge Street, leading to Blackfriars Bridge. A taxi narrowly missed the man, who fell face down and sustained grazes to his hands and arms. He was also dazed briefly. The man and another pedestrian had brushed shoulders and exchanged words moments earlier, officers said. They are appealing for help to trace the suspect and have also released a photo of him
SUPERMUM Sue Radford is celebrating the birth of her 21st baby. Sue, 43, welcomed Bonnie Raye into her king-sized clan after a 12-minute labour. She said: “I thought I’d need more than gas and air but there wasn’t any time.” Her other kids were thrilled when she brought 8lb 4oz Bonnie back to the family’s ten-bedroom converted care home in Morecambe, Lancs. Sue said: “They were all fighting over the first cuddle. It’s such a lovely moment when you bring a newborn home and the others are all lined up ready to hold her.” Her baker husband Noel, 47, said: “I don’t think anyone sets out thinking they’ll have 21 children. Environmental protesters have daubed the windows of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy in London in an attempt to provoke their arrests. One protester climbed above the revolving doors of the department on Victoria Street, Westminster, and wrote 'frack off' in black spray paint. The vandalism came as police started to remove protesters who had superglued themselves to card entry gates inside the staff entrance to the building as part of an anti-fracking protest. The protest is intended to be the first in a series continuing throughout the week and culminating with a mass civil disobedience action on Saturday, which activists are calling 'rebellion day'.

THIS is the moment a tailgating thug confronts a driver and his pregnant wife with a metal bar in a terrifying road rage attack. The dashcam footage showed the confrontation escalate until the men were grappling on the side of the road and had to be pulled apart by witnesses. One of the drivers involved has since claimed he only acted the way he did to protect his heavily pregnant wife, who was sitting in the car.
